Partnered with Marketing and Engineering to build a self-registration flow connecting Salesforce, Ordway, and the application, opening a low-touch acquisition path for smaller customers.

SalesRabbit's sales process required every new customer to go through a traditional, sales-assisted motion — including smaller customers who didn't need that level of touch.
